Harvest: Semi-late or seasonal potatoes, which are harvested at the optimum moment of maturity, between June and the end of summer.
Composition: low in calories, proteins of high biological value, hydrates and starch, with good digestibility and have an antacid effect.
Uses: It is a versatile potato. To boil, being so compact and not very watery, it is done more evenly and quickly, in addition to maintaining its shape and colour. It can also be cooked, roasted, fried, and used in stews.
