Rudolph
The red and white queen
The perfect potato for purees and stews.
Skin and meat: Intense red skin and white meat
Harvest: semi late, which is harvested at the optimum moment of maturation, between June and the end of summer
Composition: high in sugar, moist, low in starch and high in carbohydrates.
Uses: Special for copper and stews thanks to its floury texture. It is also used to make purees, soups, creams or boiled with vegetables. Available most of the year. It is produced in Spain, France and the United Kingdom.

Kennebec
The queen of stews
The perfect potato for stewing and copper.
Skin and meat: It is yellowish in colour and white in meat.
Harvest: Semi-late or seasonal potatoes, which are harvested at the optimum moment of maturity, between June and the end of summer.
Composition: low in calories, proteins of high biological value, hydrates and starch, with good digestibility and have an antacid effect.
Uses: It is a versatile potato. To boil, being so compact and not very watery, it is done more evenly and quickly, in addition to maintaining its shape and colour. It can also be cooked, roasted, fried, and used in stews.

Ágata
The queen of kitchens
The perfect potato to cook and fry, very versatile.
Skin and meat: Smooth and yellowish skin, the meat is creamy yellow.
Harvest: It is usually collected early or late , so it has a uniform appearance. They are usually harvested between the months of June, July and August, before they are fully ripe.
Composition: It has large amounts of water and starch.
Uses: Special for cooking or baking. Very good for stews, cooking and steaming. However, it is not the most suitable for frying, as the hot water will generate bubbles and the potato will darken.
It is one of the most widely used and cultivated varieties in Europe. Available all year. It is produced in Spain, France and the Netherlands.

Agria
The queen of fryings
The perfect potato for frying.
Skin and meat: Skin and fine texture and yellow meat
Harvest: semi late, the collection is from mid-May to mid-September
Composition: low sugar content and a good balance of starch and water. It keeps well and is available most of the year.
Uses: It is known as the ideal potato for frying, since it is a compact potato that as a result offers crispy fries on the outside and tender on the inside.

We are a family business dedicated to the wholesale of fruits and vegetables. The most important thing for us is to take care of our customers and suppliers by offering a good service to create stable relationships where both parties win.
Dangla S.A.T. was founded in 1984 and has its origins in the farmhouse of Can Dangla, located in the town of Argentona in the Maresme. After many generations cultivating the land we decided to start selling in the Born (origin of Mercabarna). With the growth of the company in the 80s and 90s, the cultivation of the potato resulted in a preparation and packaging warehouse, although a small part is still cultivated.

Preparation
and storage
In the warehouse located in the town of Argentona we collect the potatoes, clean them, bag them and, in general, condition them for later sale.







Point
of sale
After many generations cultivating the land we decided to start selling in the Born (origin of Mercabarna).
The current point of sale is in Mercabarna (Barcelona) in ship G, stops 7001-7004. In this, we offer our products for our customers to see and pick up their orders.
